Fasting, grounding, hypnosis, cold plunging, therapy…the list of tricks goes on and on.
And yet here you are. Still off. Still searching.
Two words: closed chakras
You know what a clenched jaw feels like. You know the consequences of living with tight hips. But spinning wheels of light placed along your spine? Give me a break.
This workshop will teach you how to ACTUALLY feel your chakras (not just imagination) so that you can relax them, so that you can open them, so that you can align them, so that your energy system functions properly again so that your external world begins to reflect abundance and peace.
You can know every chakra by name, their color, seed sounds, and even gem stones, and STILL have no idea how to work with them.
What is energy, and how is it different from your nervous system? I’ll explain.
Learn to feel your chakras. Learn to sense where they are blocked (aka where you’re holding tension in your subtle body). I’ll guide you through it.
Practice opening each center step by step. It’s straightforward once you learn it.

Translating ancient yogic practice
for the modern Western mind.
I understood the importance of regulating your nervous system. I understood the benefits of meditation. I even understood the nature of karma and rebirth. But spinning wheels of colored energy controlling different areas of my life? Nice fucking try.
With time and sincere practice, I started to feel what these traditions were attempting to describe. And when I started to feel them, I started to work with them. And when I started to work with them, my life became much more peaceful and abundant.
I’ll share what changed my mind and help you explore it for yourself.
From students who have practiced with Ethan
